Missing players and coins madden 15 ultimate team

My 11 year is ready to jump off a cliff because his coins and other stuff is missing from his Madden 15 profile.  I have verified he is signing on with the same ID that he was before.  I talked to EA sports but could not understand them very well as they seemed to have a very limited English speaking ability.  The PS Network online area shows his Madden progress and trophies.  All other games (FIFA, NBA, etc.) work perfectly and have not lost data.

Any ideas out there?

If the game data like team name, win/loss record is still there, but his cards and coins are gone, then somebody likely figured out his password and took his items.

If you get hacked the first thing in my opinion you should do is to reset your secret question. If you need to reset your security question go here and follow the provided instructions:
