Missing Online H2H rank

My online H2H ranking isn’t displaying although I have 6335 ranking points and defeated a plethora of ranked players. Please fix, psn: crrct_

My H2H rank isnt showing. I only have 2 options as well in the main menu. My online rank percentage chart is missing! Pictures are in the message. My psn is dregrant82. Played over 130 games. This is a serious issue here.
