I tried powering off my console for 20 to 30 seconds , I'm still having trouble my rankings is blank it happen when connection got lost when I was winning and I still got the lost on top of it SMH please help

This is ridiculous. I thought I was tripping at first but I have a better record than others and they're still ranked. No way I shouldn't be ranked. I have been getting W's since I've been playing.

Did this occur at a particular time in the game (Game froze, disconnect, opponent quit, etc): I just logged on one day to play and it was dashes. I was ranked like 400 when it happens. I've played and won several games since this issue happened. I removed all saved data and re added it. Which didn't work. Uninstalled game and reinstalled which didn't work.

Did this occur at a particular time in the game (Game froze, disconnect, opponent quit, etc): I honestly raged quit. Wasn't getting killed or anything he just picked me off and had only 2 seconds left in the game. I know it's looked down upon but everyone has done it and I've NEVER lost my rank (not even in madden 17 or 16) because of it so I don't know why it did it this time. Was ranked in the 3000's with 4,346 "ranking points" record is 21-12...

After a game I loose my rank.... smh EA, I wasn't ranked all last year and now it's happening again, crazy how you guys can't figure out an ongoing problem
