They never fixed 17 and won't fix 18 either. And you see they've stopped responding to this thread just like they did for 17. How hard is it, EA, to answer the questions "Why are some people ranked and others are not? and Why do ranks disappear?" Obviously this is un-fixable for you so just have the decency to admit it.

Did this occur at a particular time in the game (Game froze, disconnect, opponent quit, etc):  No, I have never had a rank I check after each and every game.  I'm on a 10 game win streak and never cut off the Xbox in the middle of a game and have not had a game freeze on me either.
