Madden not counting wins, and giving me losses to games I didn't play.

Hello, 

I played a game today, and ended up winning. After the game, I see that madden didn't count my win, but also ended up giving me losses to games I didn't play. I've attached a photo here, the games even say 0-0 as the score, and I have very good connection, so I know I didn't get DC. any help in rectifying this? thank you ]

I also got robed out a win in Madden NFL 21 Ultimate Team Head to Head season I played someone named CH1CaNO8 I bet that person 13-0 they press start and left then they didn’t give me my win or anything they didn’t even count the match I was supposed to get my 3,000 plus coins for the win

This sounds like a classic de-sync where there was a break in connection when the results were being transmitted back and forth from the servers. I recommend running a quick UO Trace from a PC/laptop to see how your connection is reaching our servers to see if a site where the connection is pinging along the way is damaged.
