Madden Classic 17

I see that on the Madden website they post rankings for H2H/Draft Champions/Salary Cap. Does anyone know how/who make it based on these rankings? Like H2H if you're listed in the top 100 do you make it into the bracketed round? Does anyone have link and source to more specific information on this?
