Madden 20 won't upload past "SHOWTIME!"

Summarize your bug Madden 20 gets stuck at "SHOWTIME!" and won't proceed to game
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Turn on game and then press any button. Then it gets stuck at "showtime!"
What happens when the bug occurs? The game doesn't pass "showtime!" and stays there forever. Game won't start.
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to start.

The game won't upload and start.  The upload stalls at "showtime!"

Hey @aztec28maya5. 

When you've got a chance can you give this a shot for me to see if it helps at all? 

Open up your Xbox Settings, then go to Network Settings. From there go to Advanced Options and select the option to clear the Alternate MAC Address. The Xbox will restart after that.

Same issue.  I’ve done all the troubleshooting and can only play game offline.

Well what i just did was go offline then turned it back on again and i made it to game play

I started having this issue on Sunday evening and it's still occurring. Nothing with troubleshooting the mac address or DNS or any network settings has worked. I can't "play offline" as I only have it digitally. 

Need help.
