Keeps freezing whether I play mut or longshot! Wtf madden time for an update!!!!! I didn’t pay $80 to have a game I can’t even play! This is ridiculous

Man alll week I couldn't play the trail!!!!! Now I can't play my game that I bought digitaly!!!! Everything freezes!!! I haven't played nothing!!!! I've tried everything!!!!! EA is Just some scammers now!!!! Broken * game before it even came out!
