Madden 18 ultimate team I got hacked

A little over a week ago on ps4 I was randomly hacked for all my coins. I never gave out any info to anybody but the person that got in sold all my players and then transferred the coins. And if your wondering why it this happened over a week ago that’s because I have talked to 5 game advisors and they all “ I will transfer your case to the specialists and they will contact you through email “ but this hasn’t happened please find a way so I can get my coins bay
