My account got hacked Wednesday night and I got help from an advisor with creating log in verification and I changed my password and security question and everything that comes with that. Then I told him they stole 470k coins and opened my WL packs i was holding onto and my case got sent to the specialist team. More then 48 hours later I still haven't received a email or heard anything. At one point I attached more info, and resumed once, now iv learned resuming takes your case all the way back to the bottom, but does it also take it back to the advisors instead of specialist because even that was a while ago. Do they work on cases on the weekend? I need to know best course of action, did i mess the case up or did they genuinely jusy not get to me yet, cause my case in progress keeps getting updated even though it actually hasent been touched, so i dont know. I'm trying to play the game, there dropping new content and I can't do anything because i dont have the coins I would have had pre hack
