Madden 17 ranking missing problem

I've posted in the bug section. Many people have. Again, myself, along with many others have a problem with our ranking not coming up. Please address this ina post so we all can see it and an eta. One photo attached. I had three attached in the bug section. Please fix this and provide an update!

You see I have more games than him and mike than 700 more ranking points than him. He's ranked 70,000 something and I have a dash by my ranking.

in madden 17 online head to head it shows im UNRANKED but i have 94 wins with 4590 rank points and people i beat have less but are still ranked. its glitched my rank disappeared one day and never came back and now i basically play and get the win and points but i can't rank up.....
How can i get my rank back and rank up for winning games? Please help!!!
