Madden 17 on the Xbox One Game Issues [ Edited ]

My Madden 17 game for the XBox One has started acting up. It is not playing ANY sound in any part of the game, including the main menu and loading screens,  and is showing the EA Logo in the background as a watermark for every aspect of the game except the main menu. It’s so prominent it is hard to play appropriately. I have checked the game settings and my Xbox settings and they are all correct.

I have also tried to restart the game from within the system, restarted the system, completed a power cycle on the system, and cleaned the disk.
