Product: Madden 17
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug: When I try to start an Offline Franchise Mode game, Madden completely crashes. Every time. When I try to do pre-game training, the loading screens keep going forever. The music keeps playing and the screens keep changing, but I waited half an hour and training never started.
How often does the bug occur?: Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: Open Offline Franchise Mode and try to play a game or do training.
What happens when the bug occurs?: The game crashes or the loading screens stay onscreen until the end of time.
What do you expect to see?: When I bought Madden, I expected to see a fully functioning game, like the previous six generations of Madden I have purchased. Sadly, I do not expect that anymore.
If your game crashed, about how many minutes were you playing before it crashed?: 0
What is your gamertag/PSN ID?: TaniTheRobot
Date/time issue occurred: 8/28 and 8/31 around 9:00 ET
Did this issue happen in Connected Franchise Mode?: No
Is anyone else having this issue, or is my disc a dud?

Until they fix it, do another task first and see if it works. I just cut some players in the preseason and went back and tried it and it worked, at least for this week.

Is there a solution to this, yet? I just purchased the game in December and am having the sameness issue?

We are having the same issue and the error message that comes up before we ac play a pre season game is CA-34878-0.
What is being done to fix this problem? We don't want to delete all of our PS-4 saved data from all the other games that work properly!

Have you guys changed your console hard drive? Are you using the most recent PS4 firmware?
