Madden 17 Loyalty Packs

I have been trying to get my loyalty packs from Madden 16. They show in my unopened packs but every time I try to open them it gives me a error message saying ""The EA servers are not available at this time. Please try again later. See http://help.ea.com/article/not-able-to-connect-to-online-play for additional information." I've tried chatting and I don't get anywhere with help.ea.com. This is for the PS3 version of Madden 17 and as of now I feel like I just want my money back since they don't help. I understand I don't get the same content as the new platform systems but this is ridiculous. Help anybody?

When you say you do not get anywhere with help.ea.com, do you mean you were unable to connect to an Advisor or that you did chat to an Advisor but they were unable to help?

Yes I talk to someone on chat. All I seem to get is email instructions that didn't help. It seems to me to be a dead end and I'm frustrated. I attached a picture of the error message.

Did you check that link? It has info on the possible reasons you are seeing that error:

I tried that stuff 2 days ago. I can get online and play and I get on the servers and nothing you've told me to try works. It just feels to me like this game is inferior to last years version. Why even bother to make it? What's the point of honoring loyalty packs from last year if you can't even access them.
