Madden 17 Installing

So I downloaded the online feature for Madden 17, lost the Wild Card with the Rams, and I was ready to play franchise but it says that it's still installing all the features. I would understand and wait but it's been about 10 hours and that yellow line hasn't moved past the i once. Does anyone have any sort of help or advice or the time it'll take because I just got the game to play my own career again, not to learn the basics over and over again. Thanks.

Also, can I download the game when it's not in or do I have to have it running in the PS4 and can it do it during rest mode?
