MUT players disappeared from my team

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? MUT Squads
Summarize your bug I had selected the giants for my 70 overall player combo when starting MUT of Landon Collins and Eli Manning, both 70 overall. I played the first night with them. Next day I redeemed my TWITCH pack. Went to my squad and both Eli Manning and Landon Collins disappeared from my team and have never come back
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my squad
What happens when the bug occurs? It happened when i logged in and both players collins and eli (70 overall each) were gone from my squad
What do you expect to see? Players returned and maybe some bonus restitution for this pain
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? tigawd3
Date/time issue occurred 8/22/17 at approximately 3pm

My Landon Collins disappeared (starter) but my Eli Manning is still there (bench)

So does anyone have the solution to this? My Adrian Peterson and Robert Griffin 3rd disappeared from my lineup!

You posted under a Madden 18 post so I'm not sure if it was for that game or Madden 20, but when items go missing for any title you can contact our Support staff so they can pull up your account to verify where the items went.
