MUT. no chance

pretty sure ive researched this topic more than anything ever. but i. play mut alot and i being trying to play it on another account just to have another but it wont let me. everytime i get to the tutorial hub and click view lineup i get the EA server not availabe. been doing it over a week. but i can play on my main account fine. idk what to do.
