Lost packs

I bought the 12000 points 33 packs plus 3 elites topper and was opening them up I had opened about 10 - 15 packs when it kicked me from my packs. I never even opened my toppers and then went to look for the packs but they were not there. They are worth $100 so I am a pretty mad.
