Lost And Deleted data

 So i was playing and all of a sudden the game crashed and i lost everything. i Had a Ultimate team Over all rating of 81 and im really mad. i paid money in-game for coins and cash. i had good players that were hard to get and i want them back immediatly. Now it made me start over. I would like This too be solved in some fashion or form so i can get back on track.
