Kicked from game and getting a lose in madden 16 h2h

i was 18-0 going into a game come out and score within 3 plays. then when my opponent gets the ball its starts lagging like crazy and kicks me from the game and gives me my first lose. anyway for me to get that game reset or will i just have to suffer from ea's sucky servers
