Installing Game Modes

I just bought the Xbox One Madden Edition, I get home and install the game and when I go to the "Play" Screen it gives me all the options but they are locked and saying Installing and they are not installing anywhere. I have had it going for an hour or two now. It's not installing anything. Any resolution?
