Hey my gamer tag is ejdajuicemann and I lost my online rank visibility about a week ago. Last time I checked was 9:20 am sept.2nd

Did this occur at a particular time in the game (Game froze, disconnect, opponent quit, etc): 2nd QUARTER under 2 min warning, game disconnected and rank disappeared afterwards.

We have played several games. Tried everything mentioned in all that's post. We did want to give you some additional info. We purchased the digital GOAT edition. So we don't have an actual disk. we also noticed that the compare stats section now only has two tabs, when prior to the disappearance of my ranking it had three. maybe if we can find common links you can get to the problem and fix it.

Same problem power cycle does nothing !!
Was told on tech support that I wouid be fixed In about a week when it updates and it's been over week and same issues. When I called tech support they didn't solve problem just said give it a week and then closed my case even though it's not fixed !!!

Online rank not working still shows it blank contacted ea over a week ago on it. Only solutions they tell me wait a week and it will fix itself ?
