I keep getting logged off of Madden is it the EA servers or my Xbox

Trust me, yes.

I've powered off, back on, restarted, closed the game, opened the game, updated the game, literally everything I can to fix the issue.

The fact is Madden NFL 22 on PS5 has connectivity bugs in the game.

I don't have this issue with any other game on my PS5.

I'd like you to follow these steps exactly: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if this makes a difference or not.

Thanks for trying that. Next, I'd like you to use alternate DNS settings with the instructions here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

I had this problem since the release of Madden and it never got better. Had the problem on PS4 and again on PS5. I don't know if I can play Madden 23, I've lost countless franchise modes from crashing and time from being signed out over and over.
