How do I change my favorite team?

hello,

I am stuck on how to change my team when I am within the Ultimate Team segment, including the Solo Challeges and Head To Head Seasons.

Currently, my team comes up with the Giants logo and my xbox username as the name of the team but the players have nothing to do with actual Giant players.

How do I change it so that I can play the Ultimate Team as the actual Giants?

Please advise.
