How can I change a quarterback's appearance to a real nfl quarterback's appearan

When I was playing Madden 19 I wanted to see what it would look like if I changed a quarterback's appearance. When I tried this I realized that I liked the previous appearance of Russell Wilson better. When I looked into "select face" I couldn't find his appearance, Please Help.
