Ok, so EA called me back like an hr and a half after I gave them my number. Not complaining about that, as that is what they said it would be...However, when I tried to log onto the game, the EA servers were down. So the EA help couldnt help. I explained to Peter that it was a glitch and others seemed to have the problem and that it was remedeed by giving out another welcome pack, and I believe he understood the problem. BUT....He forwarded me on to the next group (who I guess handles the packs?).. There I sat on hold for like a half an hr. Needless to say, I hung up. This is so not worth my time, but now Im frustrated and would like to complain or maybe just get a refund if they cannot help. They said they had 24 help, but I dont believe so. Servers did go back on eventually, but my glitch remains.

I am currently in a chat with Binay after a 45 minute wait. Right off the bat he said there was nothing he could do to help, but I have pressed on a bit and now he is checking with his "concerned department" and he took my gamertag down. I have mentioned that it would be a kind gesture to toss a couple pro packs my way regardless of rather or not he has the ability to fix my welcome pack issue. It only seems right seeing as we have had our progress stifled with the issue. A small boost might clear the crappy taste out of my mouth over this launch.
Will keep you guys posted. About an hour into this now.

This is getting beyond ridiculous. What kind of company has no phone support system? Requires you to use help.ea.com and I cant even get a topic sent in. Tried from 3 different computers. A little help would be nice?? damn
