They were notified thanks to the moderator on the twitch channel.  Hopefully they will help us soon.  I sent them a link to this thread.

I am having the same issue on my Xbox One. I've had it since release day. Hope they find a fix soon.

Well I found out it isn't console specific, my brother doesn't have the bug and we use the same xbone. Still, I really would like to hear something from EA and get some sort of free packs for having to wait this long with no answer..
