Game Froze

I played offline franchise.

I played two games, and when I went to end the second game it went to a blue screen with a spinning football.

I tried to shut off the machine and restart it. I tried to take the disk out and start it over. And nothing. It's just stuck on this screen.

Basically I just paid sixty dollars for something that is unplayable.

Blue screen every time I try to play totw challenge. All other solo challenges are fine.
