Did not receive twitch prime packs MUT?

I saw people were pulling some great stuff out of the twitch prime packs, so I bought amazon prime specifically to use twitch prime to get these packs. I have linked my EA account to the my twitch prime account and tuned into the last 3 live events and still not received my packs? I contacted EA customer service and they told me to this forum on how to resolve. Thank you in advance for the help!

Do you currently meet the below criteria?

"...make sure your Twitch Prime subscription is active and your EA Account is linked to Twitch."
