How do I connect my gamertag to my account for mut rewards?

Just a heads up this thread is from 2015 so I'm going to lock it down. Here is the information you need though:

It's vital you login to the MUT Rewards site with the correct email address (some players will accidentally create 2 or more accounts and sign up for MUT Rewards with the EA account their Xbox/PlayStation Gamertag is not assigned to)

Here is how to check what email address is assigned to your Gamertag/PSN ID for your EA account (the email address for your Micorosft/Sony account can be different): https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/find-your-ea-account-email-address-using-your-game/

So once you've confirmed the email address you need to sign into, visit the MUT Rewards site: https://www.easports.com/madden-nfl/mut-rewards

You should see your Gamertag when you sign in. If not, it's likely assigned to a different EA account in which our Support team can help locate for you.
