Case shows Fixed, Clearly 110% not fixed

I have opened a case with EA for reporting a bug/glitch in there game. Clearly this is not fixed yet my case shows fixed which is a lie as in real time I can confirm it is not. Very frustrating when I’m being lied to and the Customer Service Reps are not helpful and quite disrespectful to me when I have spoken to them. Attached is EA claiming them fixed this jersey when it’s not.
