Cannot load/play any Franshise (Regular/Pre-Season/Fantasy Draft)

I have had Madden for 3 weeks and still cannot connect to start any Franchise, I tried Cloud and Offline, then when I choose team I go to starting point and no matter what league I choose (Regular/Pre-Season or Fantasy Draft it just sits there and does nothing. I have contacted the chat area and they just say it will work soon but no details. I have had EA call me and we deleted and reloaded the game, she ha me clear cache and nothing, we tried everything an then no answer

what is the deal????
