Can’t play online

Everytime I try to log in to EA it says there is an error and it just doesn’t let me. It says 

“ATTENTION

IN ORSER TO ACCESS THE ONLINE FEATURES

Sony network account must be signed in and you must be signed in to the EA SERVERS.”

I can play any other game online but not any of these.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

This happens to me as well. Only when I play Madden. Call of Duty works perfectly fine online.

@EA_Aljo I’m having trouble trying to connect to the internet so I can enjoy the majority of my madden 21 festivities. This is ridiculous considering the cost of these games with these flaws. I am hoping I don’t have to go further with this complaint

Can you give me some more details? When are you getting the error about connecting? Does it happen when you're trying to get to the main menu?

@EA_Aljo When I try to connect to the internet via WiFi it’s unable to connect I have to use this game offline which is only a minute part of the game
