Can't link EA and Twitch accounts

When I hit Link Accounts on the twitch prime claim rewards page it attempts to open a page then goes back to the previous page as if they linked. I'm not having any luck contacting Twitch about this. The only things I've read online are to unlink accounts then re-link them, however when I go to account settings it doesn't show that they are linked. Is there another way I can link the two accounts? Any help is appreciated

Sorry you're having some trouble getting them linked up. We have steps on how to un-link and re-link them here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/madden/madden-nfl-and-twitch/

What's important is that you un-link from both Twitch and your EA account. You'll want to make sure you're signing into the correct EA account that has your Gamertag/PSN ID linked to it before syncing up again. I've seen players go through the whole un-link/re-link process over and over again without them realizing they were linking up the incorrect account the whole time.

I would un-link and re-link of I could get my Twitch and EA accounts to link at all that is my whole issue

No worries, hit up our EA Support team on Twitter or at our Help site so they can help verify whether you have an existing account currently linked to it that must be removed. I've seen cases where players have a Twitch account already linked up and they just didn't realize it (different/old account). We'll help get it setup for you so you don't miss out on those drops.
