I'm trying to access my item list through the web app. I've double checked that the login I have on my console (X360) is the one I am logging in with. It doesn't show the "My Items" filter, nor does it show my Gamertag/Avatar/Coins in the top right. I've tried multiple browsers and nothing is working. 

EDIT: I've also contacted the Customer Service chat, which advised to post here. Apparently they can not help from that end.
