6 digit login code help [ Edited ]

My phone broke, I got a new one now and i have the authenticator app, but i dont have an option to scan the barcode and i dont have the 6 digit verification code is there any way to reset the code? I can't use any EA online features or even sign in to EA is there anyway to sign in to EA on xbox a different way to try and get a new code or is everything linked to your account? Thanks.
