Just had this error pop up today. What is the solution you tried? I have tried all the methods listed here but none are working.
I managed to fix mine. First make sure you have a gold subscription, and also have your privacy setting as adult. Then (this was the issue for me) get rid of all family member accounts. As soon as I did that I was able to play again. Hope I help some of you!
This isn't an EA issue at all. This has to do with your "profile" meaning your Xbox Gamertag.
You either don't have Gold which you can check by going to settings> subscriptions
It has to do with your privacy settings. FIFA itself is up and running. I play it everyday.
