There's no fix comin from EA's end. This is an issue with your MICROSOFT profile. 

If you go to settings> subscriptions> does it say "Learn More About Gold?"

That means you need Xbox Live Gold and it will fix the issue. 


Also, if your privacy settings aren't set to adult, that can cause the issues as well.

How do u change from child setting to adult tried goin to privacy settings but need to be signed into an adult account how do u sign into adult account. P.S I'm new to Xbox one
