wrong virtual pro gameface ingame

I got a working gameface in the game menus. Except the one you can open for your virtual pro online stadistics from the squad menu of your team. There appears a default face, and i see my gamefaces at the match correctly. So my team partners sended pics of how they see me ingame and its always the default one.
The conclusion is im the only one who sees my gameface ingame.
How to fix this ea? I like this feature because i play a lot in pro, and that happened to me in fifa 14 too, with the only difference i couldnt see face ingame either, only en menus.
