my Twitch prime loot hasnt come through to me account

I recently tried to get the Twitch prime pack on my account but linked it to the wrong xbox account but o have gone through the steps and disconnect the account and reconnected with the correct account but still dont have my pack, Help please

Hey @giingeee15 as I understand it if the rewards have been claimed on an account then it is not possible to claim them a second time on another account.
