My fifa 21 account was hacked on the 11th of May 2021 and after talking to a adviser from ea, it was forwarded to a specialist. Since then my case updates every few hours but nothing is resolved. Today I got locked out of my account and had to change the password to log in to the account again. What is going on?? I have no time frame, no contact no help, and just as I started playing FUT champs etc my team disappears, and now without a team I cannot play fifa in either division rivals or fut champs as my team is not competitive. Hundreds of hours flushed down the drain and I have had no response. How long will it take?
Back in 2015 there were similar questions and a time frame of around 10 working days was given, is this no longer the standard? and if it isn't, why not?
How long will I be waiting, and why am I suffering because my account was hacked due to lacklustre ea security?
