how long does it take EA to solve a case ? [ Edited ]

My account was hacked and I reported my missing content five days ago , but unfortunately no result yet. I'm just wondering if any of u guys know how long it will take

Unfortunately it's very hard to estimate when you''ll be contacted by our team again  Such cases need to be manually investigated one-by-one and it can take some time if there's a queue of cases already.

honestly IDK if u guys are takin my case seriously or not , but I think that ill quit this game until I get reply from 1 of yall cuz its been 8 days and I got no update regarding my missing content case SMH

my account got hacked today. i called ea they said theyll investigate but i doubt they even care. i had if van dijk and good players but i just wish i can get my account back asap and they can take my case seriously and can play futchamps tomorrow.

Those are lies it’s been 3 months for my case and I haven’t got an email yet about why I was falsely banned. And they told me they will investigate it’s been 3 months I haven’t played the game honestly I don’t think I will ever play madden again

My advice, email them constantly. ive been doing that, i was told a couple days i would get my falsely suspened account back and its been 10... stuck in quaratine and cant play anything... So ive sent another email yet again... ive sunk money into my account, im not letting it go that easy. do the same.
