game crashes after fifa ultimate team game ends

• Platform (Xbox 360, PS4 etc.)--- PS3
• Game Mode--- FIFA 15 Ultimate team
• Timestamp of most recent incident (including time zone)--- About 1:30am AEST on 12/10/2014

I played the last game of the season to get to promoted from Div 4. Won the game 3-1 and after winning, at the next screen i got a msg saying that Ultimate team cannot process my request at this present time. I was then kicked out of FUT, instantly reloaded Ultimate team and got a DNF msg and a loss recorded and was back to the start of season and still in Div 4. Is there anyway to get this looked at or fixed so it doesnt happen again??? My connection and router are fine and a regularly tested and maintained..

I tried with my other gamertag on the same XBOX and I was able to complete matches without it freezing. The only difference in the two is one did not have the coin boosts redeemed. Maybe the two are related?

This is practically class-action lawsuit worthy.  Same issue here and my perusal of the 97 pages here shows either apathy from EA or a total lack of coding ability.  Either choice doesn't help us in the least.  I'm not going to place my information here, save to say it's on the PS4 and it appears that the entire gaming community is suffering from the SAME ERROR.  Solve it soon or at least indicate your progress thus far, because the length of time that this game has been out with one of its key features out of commission is beyond embarrassing.  It's almost Battlefield 4 worthy in scope...who knows, maybe you might even surpass that mess.
