fifa points realy annoying

WRIGHT why haven't you lot sorted the fifa points out yet its twice in 2 week I go buy points when I get paid and I do not receive the points still took my money its fine bout its allready happe ounce and I still havnt received them now its happened again I thought ea was trustworthy and helpfull but all ime getting is paying for something and not getti  nothing SORT IT OUT THIS IS BEING A WASTE A MONEY SINCE IT CAME OUT
