fifa 2015 for ps4-There was a problem getting my online information

I'm getting this error message: "There was a problem getting my online information"

I've tried deleting the suggested items in "customize' then profile settings.

I've tried the "edit" team fix

Tried re-installing the app

Tried re-setting the router and shutting the the router and PS off.

Tried about everything including call EA who is making me run a trace report and sending them attached files, and all kinds of other *.

The only thing left to do I think is smash the F-ing game, which might not be a mad idea bc if I lose one more in the last 2 minutes online I may end up doing that anyway, and then just buy the new one...but...I'm hoping someone on here might be able to suggest something else.

suddenly it works.  I plugged my internet cable into a different port.  Unplugged the router, tried to shut down all devices uses internet in the house so it was just my ps4, and somehow that bs worked
