I play fifa 15 on xbox 360

In my transfer list, i have 5 Corey Ashe which were date issued at the time where he was Inform, but he isnt, instead he is just a 63 bronze rare, not the 64 inform, why is this happening?

I have already asked the live chat about 3-4 times about this issue, yet they always tell me to wait,,,

fifa 16 is already out for so long, and i still cant get my inform Ashe?

Hey @FIFAnicklaus

Usually when a wrong item is given out, i.e a normal version when it should have been inform it effects everyone who got that item and not just on an individual basis. Because of this it is very unlikely this item will be automatically changed for you now.

I would recommend contacting chat again so they can confirm the date on the items you have. How many bronze packs did you open? You must have gotten really lucky to pull 5 of the same item.
