Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name?: [edit: email address removed]
Which mode has this happened in?: Online seasons
How often does the bug occur?: Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug?:
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM):
What is your time zone?: CTT - GMT + 8:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: tap into "Online"
What happens when the bug occurs?: can't play online
What should be happening instead?: can play

i can't play online games.

 

 

Adults default  privacy online setting on Xbox One console. 

 

Please help!!! Please tell what else I should do to get it "correct"....

Hi @zzzolleyzzz

 

You also need to make sure that the age on your GameTag puts you as over 13. As this is required to play the online modes in FIFA.

 

Additionally have you recently been suspended from Xbox Live?

You need to make sure that the Date of Birth has you over the age of 13. For example before 2003.

I had several conversations with the Microsoft Support team and in the end they admited it is a problem with their servers, as they do not communicate properly to EA that my Xbox Live Gold subscription is active. They told me it will be fixed within a few days...

My son and daughter's PSN accounts have been removed from their EA Origins account.

 

This whole setup is lame; having two accounts to play a game online.

 

Then when I'm on the phone with EA they can't find the account and just go back to telling me how to connect.

 

I'VE ALREADY DONE IT! Now the only place (PC Origin App) where I could do it manually before is taken away.

 

Multi-Billion dollar company, can you please fix this issue of terrible User Experience?
