Still another patch and the problem is still not fixed I don't know or if it will ever get fixed and support only give you the run around most of the time saying they will look into it and nothing ever gets done!

There is a limit on all consoles : you can create just 10-15 accounts i think. You can't create more to play FUT.

The first person who had that console must have had a FIFA 16 account.

Try speaking to the Live Chat support, or speak to the person and get their account details, as since you bought the PS4, if it wont work, I think your intitled to it.
