Hey there, sorry for the issue. First please wait 24 hours incase the players are simply stuck in the market, and check they are nowhere in your club. If after 24 hours they are still nowhere to be found then please contact the support team who should be able to assist you further into recovering the players. It may take a few days for their specialist team to get to your issue but the advisor will put it in their que.
