Web app lost players

Hi! I was doing some trading earlier and i bought three Draxler cards, but when i was going to sell them on i only had 2... I've been struggling like hell to reach 7k coins because for some reason i only got 2 welcome packs even tho i played over 700 games on fifa 14. So losing 1500 coins cause of some bug is not something i'm okay with, can someone help me get my player back?! 

Just check my latest trading, it will say i bought three draxler cards but only two is still in my posession..
